How does it work?
Do you have questions about how OpenUp can help you?

91% of our clients recommend our services
How is it possible that the trajectory of three months is free of charge?
OpenUp wants to help to make psychological help accessible to all. Treatment is paid for by a subsidy from the Zorgistintuut Nederland. You will not have to pay anything and will not have to use your health insurance.
This way, we hope that anyone who wants or needs psychological help will not hesitate to get in touch with our psychologists
How many consultations are included?
Our experience is that a course of three consultations is usually enough to help you, but we will look at your personal wishes. If you want or need more help, it can be arranged. Your psychologist will discuss the possibilities with you during your consultation.
Are online video calls with OpenUp secure?
At OpenUp we use 24sessions for our video calls. 24sessions is a safe and reliable application and conforms to privacy laws.
Will all my consultations be with the same psychologist?
Of course. We will email you a link after your initial consultation.
Are the conversations confidential?
Anything you share with us is confidential and will be handled according to our professional confidentiality rules. At OpenUp we believe that mutual trust and our professional code of conduct are central to the services we provide. It goes without saying that privacy is an essential right.
Is it really anonymous?
All we need from you is an email address so that we can send you a confirmation of your appointment. If you do not want to use your personal email address, you can create a new email account to use for OpenUp only.
Can you guarantee my privacy?
