What challenges are others facing? Every person has their own challenges, but to give you an idea, we’ve listed a number of questions that people like you might have asked in the past.

Uncertainty

  • I find it difficult to define my own limits.

  • I often feel like I am not good enough.

Troubling mind

  • I have trouble falling asleep.

  • At night I often wake up because I keep thinking about work.

  • I often worry about the future.

  • On the weekends I can't enjoy my time off, I’m constantly thinking about what I need to do next.

 

Purpose of life

  • I don't know what I want with my life.

  • I struggle to find what makes me happy.

  • I’m not sure if I like my work/study.

  • What is really important to me at this moment in my life?

 

How to work efficiently

  • Now that I’m working from home a lot, I struggle to stay efficient

  • I'm restless because I miss rhythm, as a result of which I get fewer things done.

  • I work more and more, but feel less and less productive.

  • I sometimes have so much to do that I don't know where to start.

 
 

Personal development

  • I don't know if my current job is right for me?

  • I have had an offer from another employer, but I am very doubtful whether I should accept it.

  • I think I want to make a career switch, but at the same time I'm not sure.

  • I feel like my development is stuck, but don’t know where to start to change this

(Work) Conflicts

  • I have an argument with my brother, and don't know how to pick up the conversation again.

  • My parents make me feel that they don't respect my choices, I want to talk to them about this but don't know how;

  • I feel like I am not being taken seriously by my superior;

  • There is a conflict in the workplace in which I am not involved, but it does affect the atmosphere within our team and my job satisfaction.

 

(Work)Stress

  • I experience so much stress that I can't sleep well;

  • My workload is very high, sometimes I feel like I can’t handle anything anymore;

  • I am always worried: about the past, the present and the future and I don't want that anymore. What can I do about it? 

  • I always look up to a new work week. What can I do about it?

 

Sadness & loneliness

  • I don't have the energy or the energy to do anything. What can I do about it?

  • I don't feel like getting up and prefer to stay in bed all day;

  • I notice I have more and more trouble to connect with others;

  • I often feel lonely, how do I deal with this?

 

Social relational problems

  • I find it difficult to trust my partner. How do I deal with that? 

  • My relationship is over. How should I proceed?

  • I have a difficult relationship with my parents and experience stress;

  • A friend of mine is making special life choices and I don't know how to react to that.

 

Fear

  • I’m afraid to make contact with new people, but I would like to

  • I am afraid for my health, what can I do about it? 

  • I don’t make life choices because I’m afraid of the consequences?

  • I’m afraid of what the future might bring. What can I do to reduce this?

 

Other

Everyone has their own issues. Small, large, private or work-related. Many more types of questions are discussed with our psychologists. Think of questions like these:
