Updated: Oct 19, 2020

Webinar | Time to read: 4 min | Time to watch: 1 hour

When we think about our health we tend to focus on the physical part of it, even though our mental health is just as important. We have been aware of our physical health for years now. Possibilities for diets and workout programs are endless. Why is it that taking care of our mental health doesn’t get as much attention? Last October 15th we hosted a webinar that discussed why mental health is important, how you can start opening up for a better mental health, and more.

Why you want to rewatch this webinar!

This webinar will show you that mental health isn’t taboo or scary, or just about meditating and doing yoga. Mental health can simply be discussed in a coffee-place or anything similar. During the webinar, we’ll discuss practical tips you can use in your day-to-day life.

At the end of this webinar you'll:

  • Be able to use tools to gain more insight in your own mental health;

  • Know why it is important to take care of your mental wellbeing;

  • Know how to start taking care of your mental wellbeing in your day-to-day life;

  • Have practical tips on how to ‘OpenUp'.

Myrthe Weijschedé specialized in organisational psychology and also worked as a business consultant. She fully understands work is part of your day-to-day life and has a huge impact on how you feel.
